Can I get some assistance? I’ve been going though the threads and I know that you ask for purchase history most of the time. I do not have purchase history because Apple only holds on to purchase history for 3 months and I have not spent on my account in about 5 months. My account # is 12470127 and the new account is 18837370. That account is ready for keep 28 and I don’t want to have to build up to that again. Please help me going on two weeks with no account or reply.
