    Please can I ask for an urgent update on my account recovery. I have provided all information requested and need urgent resolution. If there is anything else you need from me then please ask.

    My City is currently unprotected, and I have already suffered massive losses. If access is not going to be restored today, can I at least ask that someone places an Administrative Truce Agreement on my City so that I actually have an account left when I get it back....My Alliance can only protect me for so long!

    Hi James,

    Following storm Isaias here in NY, my EVONY app froze, I received a msg that there were server issues and to "try again" (repeatedly). It wouldn't let me log in once wifi was restored locally. I ended up reinstalling the app, which the opened immediately, but under a new acct.

    My old monarch is Millicent I on server 275 (VAL alliance). My new monarch is 47848841 (currently in the same server). I have made a purchase through Google services recently if that helps. My email and order number are both below:
