    Somehow my friends account got unlinked from Facebook, he has posted in the help and support area of the forums, using advice you've given to others, can you please help him? His shield will drop tonight, and with it being KE and Server war coming up in 2 days, he will be zeroed, and will quit playing. Please, please help him. His user ID on here that he posted from is Buzz.

    After the update, I cannot access my account. I don't know what to do to go forward because it asks me to create a new account. I'm the head of an alliance and seriously need access to this account.
