Hi James, I have been experiencing a lot of issues in game. I have contacted in game support and have had no luck what so ever. My issues are as follows:- for 2 days I was training troops that would vanish upon collecting. This happened soon after I spent £40. I used most of my speed ups and gems trying to train troops thinking the issue would fix itself. It did not, so my hard earned cash was a total waste!!! This also went on to me not being able to compete in the kill event so I lost out there also. I love Evony I have done since age 1 and I would hate to have bad things to say about the support because everything else is great. I play on server 5 and my user name is Kiero I am connected through facebook. I really hope you help and respond many thanks Kiero

Hey James, im with a big crash at my account. I cant craft anything. The game dont show me the start button craft. I have some screen shots thar you can see what is happen. I need that fixed. Im loosing my time and moneh on this game. My name is DaAaB, im a player from server 3, my castle are at lvl 15 and im a player from OUTLAW alliance. It need to be fixed fast, i need to craft somethings.
I am a one of fan of game of*Evony: The King's Return* One of my clan member has problem in connection of his account since Sep. 15, 00:47 in Korea time* He is the top ranker in Server 3 and all of our clan members are proud of him. He has tried to request for the connection error but he just received same auto answer such as "Try to reinstall the app" or "Delete present app and download the app again". Whenever he runs the app with his account, it seems to be fine up to 90% of the loading bar but stop at the moment always and can't load the game. I wish I can help him in behalf of him since I can describe the problem better than him in English. * His account was connected with Google Play and the connected email is*01085888945a@gmail.com and his game ID is 집행검 41 and his VIP level was already 13.* He is a top ranker in Sever 3 as you observe it. Please reply me asap or solve the problem so that he can connect the game again. *
