    James, my account on server 8, username Zarzar, was locked out a while ago and I cannot access it. It says that it was banned due to third-party software, but I only access the game on my phone, iPad, and Kindle. I cannot get to the user id, as I cannot log in that far. Can you please help me with this and restore my account? I spend thousands of dollars on this game.....

    I saw that you were helping some with a similar issue.. I had an android and Game was linked to Game Center but now am with apple. Google some how unlinked my game from them so I can't swap it.. I have my game id is there a way to recover it?

    Hi James,
    Can you please help me. I've had the issue with my resources fields not collection again. I tapped the collect icon and the connection icon showed up and same as last time, nothing collected and fields all at zero. I've lost out on roughly 3-5 million per resource.
    I continue to try to use the In game support but don't get a response. Ocean asked me five days ago what I lost and sent me 50 stamina? Confused by that. I have just spent a decent amount of money on this game and things like this will deter me from doing that again.

    Need help, customer support has been giving me the run around
    i have been trying to speak with customer support but they keep running around the issue I've been trying to correct. The lag on mh server has been horrible and it's at the point where I can't even send an attack at someone or be on world map without getting booted. This happened to me yesterday where I was booted out of the game and lost all of my troops. It isn't fsir at all that I lost my troops while the stability of the app isn't there. Can you please help me return my troops because it's unfair that I lost troops because the app does not work correctly so I couldn't respond to the attack at all. & need you help please!! My ID is 11002074. I have had a post up for a week now, Can I please get an answer

    Hola, tengo un problema. Bloquearon la cuenta de el líder de la alianza por uso de evonybot,pero alguien sigue entrando con la misma y esto no permite que automáticamente se cambie el liderazgo. Si puedes ayudarme te lo agradezco.
