Bullying problem
Hi,

I've just started this game and kinda like it and decided to stay. I know this is kinda war game and stuff that u have to attack other player to complete in some kind like kill events but because of my server is still like a new age server so we have only like a few players that really powerful and they are keep attacking weak players and not just attack them untill they've ported away automatic by the system, they're keep following and attack them, i mean what is this? Isn't it bullying? And the gap of power are just too big (200 something Million keep attacking 3.5 M power)?

If u kindly enough do something about it because I knew that feeling. If this keep happening a lot of people will quit this game for sure.

Hy!How do I attach a picture,o more?

I am having an awful time with customer service. I have had 4 separate issues and all I ever get is a msg saying msg received. This has gone on over 3 months now and with multiple tickets. Nothing g happens to fix an issue. An endless loop

1) purchased the Dawn of C. Event, the bigger package, and it never worked the entire event. No tabs. Months went by, multiple tickets,, now they want my receipt which is not in email anymore. 2) BOC, healing is free, but I lost 191 days and all the associated 250 million in rss in one. I did NOT heal anything, yet the timer started and I was stuck. There is no screen shot anymore. 3) Lost over 8500 stamina, conservatively, when glitching. Takes stamina, doesn't join war. Over and over again..4) Never recieved an epic General, none came when it should have, as promised when completing an event.

Frustrated and about to quit. Not a big coiner who can afford these problems. Can you help, as tickets and emails have been absolutely useless
