Bonjour je me permet de vous contacter, car depuis 3 jours j’attend des réponses pour récupérer mon compte principal après avoir contacté le service client depuis l’application, 1 jour d’attente, je reçois une réponse me disant de justifier que c’est mon compte et de créer dans le même serveur un autre compte et de fournir les ID du compte principal et nouveau compte, j’ai fais ce qu’il m’ont demandé, jusqu’à maintenant pas de réponse ça fait maintenant 2 jours d’attente.
je suis sur le serveur 485 car sans le vouloir, j'ai délié mon compte fethi2 ID 79469179 je suis donjon 21 monarch 18, de l'alliance RES pour le moment et actuellement le compte sue j’ai créé est fethi22 ID 86428537 et je voudrais récupérer. Mon compte principal qui est Fethi2 ID 79479179.
J'attends une réponse positif de votre part au plus vite s'il vous plaît, vu les événements dans le jeu actuel, guerre de clan etc....
