Hi hopefully you can help I have lost access to my account on Server 350. I have creat a temporary 2nd account on the same server.
My original account (that I want back to) is:

On Server 350 95% of the users are now stuck. March time stuck at zero, all troops missing, can’t attack, can’t gather resources and can’t port.
So many players are now saying they are leaving...
Are you on server 250?
Any we get any update? We only have 2 players in an Alliance of 70 who are actually still working on Server 350.

We now have people leaving the game as it’s been a couple of days with no access to server 350.
This issue is impacting about 95% of users on 350.
