I play almost 16 hours a day. I wake up in the middle of the night a check tavern and market. Can someone tell me why I never see any historical gold generals?

I see where so many others see them all the time. My tavern is level 25. Monarch level 25.

Just does not make sense to me how I can't ever see them. And the same people see them all the time.

I have even tried refreshing for gems and no good generals ever show up.
