    Missing purchase. Please help!!!

    I bought packages on October 16 and never received them. Iíve tried to get this resolved but havenít gotten anywhere. I donít want a refund, I want the packages I bought

    I got it all but the $49.99 package and the $99.99 package.

    As you can see, we don't receive any 49.99 or 99.99 orders on Oct. 16th. You may show us the purchase history screenshot which includes the order date, so that we could have a check. Thanks.

    Please contact iTunes and tell them that the seller didn't receive both 49 and 99 orders. And ask them to cancel the orders and make a refund of both orders to you. As you can see, we didn't receive an order for that even in unpaid status. You can send the above screenshot or this post's link to itunes so that they will be happy to help. Thank you.
