    Still no getting packs

    I don't know why I'm not getting packs when I'm being charged? Two packs for Valentine's:Click image for larger version.

    I also purchased the Valentine's day pack but have not received its contents. My user id is 16560045

    Call Amazon.

    Explain the situation and ask that the purchase be refunded.

    While they will not refund the payment, they will return the coins used for the purchase to your Amazon account.


    I've had problems similar to this in the past, and once explained, Amazon has been great to deal with (unlike others involved in the purchasing process...)

    ALSO, please leave feedback, as this alerts other Amazon users to be on watch for the same or similar problems.

    Already contacted Amazon, they confirmed the sale had gone through but did not offer a refund

    Amazon doesn't do refunds on app purchases
