I am on Server 65. Our last Server War ended on Monday. When it ended, the troops we had in the hospital that were dead and still available to be revived had a 3 day timer to revive them. However, less than 24 hours later, all the dead troops disappeared from the hospital and the option to revive them also disappeared. Several of us wrote to support about it.
The response from support was to either ignore our tickets or erase them entirely. James also ignored the PMs I sent here about this issue.
I had a large number of troops waiting to be revived and this greatly reduces my ability to play. I have screenshots of the timer in place 1/2 hour after the Server War ended.
My question is, first of all, what is Evony going to do for us to compensate us for our losses due to their negligence? I would also like to know if this issue is going to be resolved for upcoming Server Wars so that we actually have the 3 full days to revive troops.
