    I need help on Server 1, it's been over 2 weeks

    I have an account on server 1 that I can't play since my first day. I have put in a ticket on both my server 1 account and my server 34 account, it has been way over a week now.
    I need help.

    My ID on Server 1 is 654
    I have posted SS there waiting for a response.[

    The ID number should be an 8-digit number. And could you tell us why you can't play please? Do you mean that you cannot retrieve the account please? If so, please also tell us the user id number on server 34 so that we can help. Thanks.

    Seriously cause everyone on Server 1 only shows a 3 digit ID number.
    My ID on Server 34 is 13325749
    My theory is that I have ported into a bad pixel, everything was fine until I ported into the place I am on now.
    I have reinstalled the game 4 times, nothing helps.
    And customer service is useless.

    Dear Liege
    Please attach a screenshot so that we could ask our developers to open a case for you. Our developer logged in your account from our development game client and we could see that everything is normal.
    So we need more information on why you said you cannot play the game. Thanks.

    The game doesn't Finnish loading, it doesn't load my buildings and my keep is not showing up on the map.

    I don't understand what the purpose of the ingame support is for.
    I have posted many SS there.
    You say they have gone. Into the game to look at my account, yet they don't bother to reply in game.

    Gasparilla,

    It's quite apparent their developer staff is incompetent, and their (pseudo) Help & Support staff as poorly trained and unhelpful at best.

    The fact that they have one single person here - in what could be described as "part time" at best - for an online game, played by people from around the entire planet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, clearly demonstrates Evony's commitment to their customers.


    To me, it is logical that they would have created a unique ID system in order to distinguish between the beta server (if that's what it really is) and standard server accounts, in order to quickly differentiate between to two.

    Yes and the fact that they don't even know is concerning.
    Another day and still no ingame response.

    Our developer checked your screenshots that you attached above. But they said that those are from beta server. Not the public servers, please confirm that you are playing on the public servers. And if you are sure that it was from public servers, please also tell us your device model and device resolution so that we could try reproduce the problem. Thanks.

    Finally got a ingame response.
    They informed me that the beta server IDs have 3 digits.
    WOW, THANKS FOR THAT INFO.
    DO YOU GUYS EVEN READ WHAT THE ISSUES ARE?

    WTH DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH MY PROBLEMS?

    I gave you my account ID:654
    That was your first clue.
    But you didn't get it.
    I told you it was on server 1.
    But you didn't get it.
    I have posted SS, here, on my account 654, and on my account on server 34.

    You want me to keep jumping through hoops, why doesn't anyone answer me on the account that I have the problems on?

    I have a Samsung Galaxy SM G900A
    I don't know what the resolution is, I have tried all 3 settings in the game.

    Don't go trying to blame my phone.
    There is many playing with the same phone.
    I have been playing for over A year without issues.
