Cannot switch between accounts

Tried Evony suggestion re removing Evony app from facebook on each account but when I log in to Evony it ignores that and just says “you previously logged in as...” and doesn’t give me the option to chose. Then when I try and switch it just acts like a link and says “you have linked.....”
I now have 3 devices at present each logged onto a different account.
However one is an old iPad that connected to a main account. The battery doesn’t last - but I cannot switch account on my phone to this or my other account - same goes for the other devices - they just loop on “you previously logged in...” instead of acknowledging that I am either logged out of Facebook or logged into a completely different Facebook account. I cannot lug 3 devices everywhere - totally impractical- please fix your switch option so that I can actually switch accounts again

Sorry for the convenience. The login problem should have been fixed by now. If the problem persists. Please tell us your in-game name and the new user id you current have on your device. And then we can recover your account for you. If you ever made any In-App Purchases, one of your most recent receipt or your purchase history screenshot is need for us to confirm the ownership. I can access but not switch between accounts - so for example if playing on a main and my iPad was running low I could use my phone and switch from other account to that can carry on playing. I no longer can do that, it meant that today during the server war my phone was stuck on my fsrm account where I have no troops. So I lost out on time and points for my server . I need to be able to switch like I used to. At present each account is now stuck on one account only. I cannot lug multiple devices around at the hospital etc - I could use my phone though before and switch between my accounts re shields and other relevant gameplay. I now have to try plan shields around the time I will be able to access each device. Obviously long term this is highly impractical and not what the game should be about. Please resolve the switch issue

Thank you for your patience - I should be so grateful if you are able to resolve the switch problem - it acts like a link now instead of allowing me to swap between accounts. It was a little frustrating to be stuck on my farm account during the server war when I have troops on my other accounts! Even if I log into a different Facebook account it just loops back to the same account game instead of switching to the different Facebook login and game account

Please try install a Chrome which is needed for facebook linked account switching. Most of the cases are that your facebook linked account had been unlinked. So you will have to start a new account and then we can replace the new account with your facebook linked one. So we need the user id of the account that you would like to switch to, and the new user id you just got so that we can make the recover operation for you. Thanks.

Solved ! I discovered that Apple opens Facebook randomly in locations. Whilst I had followed your instructions I actually needed to delete game app then log out of Facebook. Then check google Facebook - and log out there. Then check safari Facebook and log out there. I had no idea it could be opened randomly vis so many browsers. Then I deleted Facebook and Evony and shut down my device to ensure cookies and cache stopped. Once I had done that I could reload Facebook and Evony and switch. Happy solider again - thought you might want the answer for your records in case some other poor soul is ever stuck
