glitch

I have notified customer support of a glitch that allows me to attack myself....and how I have troops that disappear and are unhealable...I backed this up with screenshots....I was speaking directly with VICKY who was helping me and was going to return my troops to me, then RAYMOND logged the chat and closed my ticket without reading what had been happen ing or going on.... this is very unprofessional and rude...I am subjected to a glitch while in a boss rally and y troops kill themselves...all I wanted is the resources to heal...they gave me them but when I healed it only allowed part to heal other just disappeared....also I have lost troops from this which are not being returned...

I then asked for resources and speedup OR the troops I lost and disappeared to be given to me. waiting for VICKY to follow through on what she said, RAYMOND logged and closed my ticket..

I have screen shots of the glitch..wounded and dead...reports...and the chat conversation I need help because this is very poor customer support and for me to suffer loss at the hands of a glitch on the game side....if this is not fixed I will be reporting to the Google play and Amazon stores..along with requesting a refund from my bank

All i want is what i lost from this glitch...i told this to vicky and she offered to give me the troops instead of the resources and speedups...then i waited for the follow through in her statement...then raymond closed my ticket without fixing the issue..

I had asked for
1,106,048,000 food
2,087,804,000 lumber
1,010,878,000 stone
2,365,510,000 iron
10,950 days of troop training speedups

Or

All tier 12
359,585 cavalry
193,439 archers
104,000 siege

I ask for a supervisor to look at my ticket in game and fix this

I know its a Friday night, but a reply would be appreciated....the bank says 90 days full refund is possible from them once I showed them the screenshots of this issue....I dont want to have to do this...the game is fun, just fix this issue ....

that is 2 of a few...
what I know is that the glitch involves me marching to a boss monster and I am in a rally...I want to know more so you can fix it....I am afraid to March to bosses in rallies, I now only solo them....

also I can provide you the log of the cs co versation....

From the log, we can see that you lost 64758 lv12 Mechanical Catapults. And got 359585 lv12 Templar Cavalries and 193439 lv12 Invincible Archers injured. We will re-send 64758 lv12 Mechanical Catapults to you first. And please let us know how much healing speedups and resources it cost for you to heal your troops. And then we can re-send the resources and speedups to you. Thanks.

This is the cost (less the catapults you said you will return to the account) it will cost and has cost me

It takes me 1 minute (54 seconds) to train 1 troop, i need to replace 500,000 troops that is 500,000 minutes or 8,333 1 hour speedups.

I already attempted to heal and spend resources and speedups for it..i do not know the cost but I am willung to foregoe this because u are helping.

Also, how can I get a message to the tech team so this rediculous glitch can be fixed

Thank you for replying...but please understand the glitch happens when marching to a boss in a rally and then when you heal, what you heal gets gone even after speding resources, source of life and speedups

I wake up today and see a message from Sergey saying he wont help me...

What am i missing ?

5. Is this a scam to get peoples money ?
