My sub was attacked and it was set to accept help and to send help. My troops in my castle did not defend the attack but all my subs and sub gens did. So all my subgens (9) died and all my sub troops too. Why did the 460k ish t12 left in my keep not defend my sub? I had 1200k t12 and had sent 740k ish on an attack. I have all the screen shots and the reports. I need this fixed please. I should have won the attack easy and have all my sub gens alive, sub troops alive and ke points. Plus the person who hit me should have her troops dead. Thanks.

Our colleague told me that you have to check the "accept reinforcement" option to let your main city's troops join the defense. If for some reason you unchecked the option before the incident. Your main city's troops won't join the defense. And we seldom hear this kind of bug report that our admin believe that you didn't check the option. And thus we will not give any compensation. Thanks.

The box was checked to accept reinforcements. I had had the sub less than 5 seconds. No time to switch it to not accepting reinforcements like your teammate suggests. James, if the setting was to not accept rein( it was set to accept) then why did all my subs rush to defend that sub? Not accepting rein means the subs DONT go. The issue here is all my subs went to defend because that sub was set to accept reinforcements. My main city troops simply failed to come. I have no idea why. If you read the report you will see this. I'm not trying to scam stuff from you like 90% of the players. Please fix this. Thanks.
