3 closed tickets without assistance

I was hit during SVS due to lag, provided SS of the hit and the lag. Was told if I gave a 5 star rating, Sergey would ask his supervisor to give me 5 million of each RSS. Then, I opened 45 million of wood boxes. It did not register. I have opened 3 tickets regarding this issue, the only reply was the 5 star rating, everything else has been closed. I am hoping someone here can be of assistance. I have SS of all reports, lag & tickets.

We don't compensate on individual lag problem during the SvS.
If you opened an item or items but it did not register, please tell us the time you got and the time you use the item to check. And we also need your user id to locate your log. Thanks.

Thank you for replying. I purchased the full event pack and then accumulated boxes through rewards. I opened the boxes, they were all 100k wood boxes, on July 5th around 1:00 CST. 16385975 is my ID. The lag is a time out issue that only happens in this app. It is very frustrating. Also, it us frustrating to have either no reply or a reply about giving a 5 star rating in order to get 5 million in RSS.

We checked the 100K wood chests on July 5th and here's the log. They all look normal to me. I can see that you got the wood from them and then you used them. Thanks.
