Preset And monarch gear glitch

I had a glitch happen 2 days ago, I went to attack a player the preset I had selected was correct when I selected it but the troops sent to battle were far from what the preset was. Even the general sent was wrong. Also my gear went from thunder to ares after I sent attack. The revive cost me over 300k gems, not to mention the rss and heal speeds I had to use. Game name is BabyFrac. ID number 17808378

It showed the correct general and troop composition when selected. But the Troops and general that made the attack were wrong. This did happen during SVS. As for the monarch gear I always run with thunder gear on I think the latest change to that gear was somewhere around 9 days ago. To be honest I wouldn’t have noticed the monarch gear glitch if I hadn’t gone to change my crown after that failure of an attack. I’m trying to find a way to attach pictures through mobile that may be able to help.

The rhager with cav a bit of siege and 1k of each troop and type was what the preset showed when selected. The SS of shimin was what was actually sent.

From the screenshots, I can see that both your scouting preset and your attacking preset are the same as the Preset I. And I pulled out the troops log and it confirms that all your troops were in Preset I. As you can see your Level 6 troops also died or wounded in the attack in the same timestamp. Thank you.

Please attach a screenshot(s) which shows all of your died troops types. Because from your preset screenshots, it shows all the level VI troops were in the same preset with your main preset. And from the troops log's timestamp, they all engaged a battle in the same second. And from the screenshot you posted, I could not tell if they joined the battle or not. If we can find the proof which shows that your rank VI troops didn't join the fight. Then we could ask our admin to do something for your lost. Thank you.

Ok, from the screenshots, your preset 1 consists of 660k level 12 Cavalries and other troops. The troops you sent were 1000k level 12 Cavalries along with small amount of archers. Our admin said that the difference won't be much. Your Preset 1 doesn't look like a scouting preset either. Thanks.
