Bosses have higher Power now...?

The bosses power level has increased with the update, this was not in the update notes. Is this a glitch or something that was put in without letting your players know? If so, that's messed up. 2k wounded to 6k wounded. And people going from being able to solo a b13 to now being defeated by it.
