    Rss glitch in event, please help

    Good evening,

    My alliance leaders rss are going backwards in the rss consumption event. She claimed the 2.5b rss, then her rss we've negative and they are counting down. Please fix this so she can get her next level reward. She has contacted customer support, but has not received a reply from them. I am including her monarch id and a ss of her rss being negative.
