Game glitch bubble prematurely expired

Hello I have been talking to CS about this issue and haven't gotten no where for some reason my bubble dropped after 13 hours and i was attacked and lost over a million troops. They said I dropped my own bubble but I was laying in a hospital from being in a small automobile accident. The spread sheet they sent me showed I activated a 8 hour bubble that expired in 13 hours and I tried to explain to them that I put on a 24 hour bubble and for some reason it expired early I have the ss of the spread sheet of bubble activity and it clearly shows there was some kind of glitch if you can please help

I am sorry that our admin declined the request. Because we found that you did used an 8 hour truce agreement. The 24 hour Truce agreement count was normal. Although don't know why the 8 hour truce agreement expired 5 hours later. Thanks.

James you tell the developers that if I dont get my troops back I will be forced to get a refund I lost 1.6m troops if you do the math that's probably around 16 packs if not more I dont want to use this method but if I'm forced to take care of it myself evony is the one to pay for this cause I'm not paying to fix a glitch

No It was a 24 hour but it's ok I can get refunded through my carrier and I will ask for the full year of packs back its evony's loss it would of been cheaper for them to replace my troops
