Showing my keep a lvl 1 although I'm bigger

Hello,

So yesterday 2/20/17, my city as well as more than half my alliance....and others....are showing up as a lvl 1 keep in map view. I myself am at keep 19. This is hindering gameplay as we can only play as a lvl 1. I have wasted a relic 3, because I can not send to it. This needs to be fixed! Myself, and others, spend money on the game and are losing valuable time.
