    How can two alliances merge?

    One leaves their alliance and joins the other alliance. But you do this as a team. Each person joining the same alliance.

    How do you leave your alliance you started and join the other and is their a waiting period?

    Your option is to either disband the alliance and then the waiting period is 12 hours for the leader of that alliance to join another. Or the other option is to make someone else in your alliance the leader, if someone wants to take it over, if not then give it to a non-active player. Then you do not have a waiting time as the leader
