    Upgrading the evony game somehow deleted my old profile

    Hi
    I have updated the game with the new update but it seemed to gave unlinked my account. Had sent a support ticket but no response yet. Could you please let me know what the standard time is for response.

    Been playing the game for nearly 3 months so hoping I won't lose the profile and items I have.

    Please help. The id was for Lord Acer. Or let me know if I need to start fresh in which case I may uninstall the game.

    Look forward to some help..
