    Lost account access

    I had to reinstall the app, on original device Samsung S7 Edge, and now it will not let me access my acct. My ID# is 36505919 on server 231, I linked to my Facebook and it will not allow me to access that way either. Says I do not exist. When I open app, there is no option to choose acct, immediately treats me as new user. Please rectify ASAP, before my Truce Agreement expires and this error damages my acct.

    Dear, i have checked and found your account 36505919 is linking to both Facebook and Google. It seems you can log in now?
