Help recover unlinked account

Hi, could you please recover my partner's account?

My missus reinstalled the game, forgetting she didn't link her account to anything, and obviously after starting the game again all progress is lost.

Original account:
Stryga, ID: 55726836, in world 366.

Current linked account: Monarch61362374 (I assume the ID are the last 8 numbers?), world 395
GooglePlay linked account: StrygaK

There have been no purchases on the account, created roughly 1 month ago.

Could you please link Evony account 55726836 with StrygaK googleplay account, so she can log in her old account and not lose progress? I'm not sure how recovering accounts work, but me and whole alliance play on 366, would be a real bummer if she couldn't rejoin us.

My dear liege. If your account has been linked Facebook or Googple Play(Apple Game centre in iOS), you can restore your old account in the following ways:

1. Create a new account;
2. Go to Setting->Account->Swtich Account;
3. Selcet Facebook or Google Play that your previous account has been linked to;

If you don't link your account to Facebook or Google Play(Apple Game Centre), please do as follows:


1. Send us sreenshots of invoice if you ever bought items in Envoy;
2. Create a new account on the same server and send us both new and old account's id;
3. Link your account to Facebook or Google Play(Apple Game Centre)
4. After we check it, you can log in with your old account automatically.

Hi, the new account has been just now moved to W366, there has been no purchases done on the original account yet.

So if everything is fine, my missus can log in, connnect to her GoogePlay account and the Evony account linked to that will be the old one? Awesome!
