I can't seem to log into my account, what can I do?

I’m having same issue today. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it did not work. I got in for a second and saw that other people were active in chat but it kicked me out before I could do anything. Server 294.

So I've tried to log into my account which I've had for 9 months and no luck. All I keep getting is there's a matinee break. It counted down from 2 hours and its starting again. I've spent a lot on money and if my account isn't repaired I will quit the game.

I can't log in to my account it's trying to make me start a new game.. I got to much money in this game if I can't get into my account I will not play this game again.. please help me
