    I have lost around 250 1 hour construction speedups And the game got freezed my hospi

    I have lost around 250 1 hour construction speedups And the game got freezed my hospital was not updated and I lost all the speed ups two days ago please help me

    The same thing happened to me, except I lost over 600 1 hour speed ups! It occurred on November 6th. I lodged my complaint immediately using the message option. Since then, I have received copies of my original message without response. I just attempted to use the email option to convey my situation and was stupefied by where I was sent: PayPal. If you log in to an account, you are expected to enter a dollar amount! I have yet to find a way to get through to customer support.
