The customer support function has not been working for days - and previous responses to issues unhelpful and take a week or more to respond if at all- now I had the research factory stop upgrading half way through 12 day period- and then need another 16 million resources to enable it to restart- how do I get speed up and resource credits to cover an apparent glitch- and why doesn’t the game have proper customer support?

Because its software someone developed and was purchased solely to monetize. They dont care about the product BECAUSE THEY ARENT A GAME CREATION COMPANY.
