Keep getting demoted to knight at shrine. I should be an Earl.

Keep getting demoted to knight at shrine. I should be an Earl at least.

I submitted a helpdesk ticket but no response received.

I also abandoned a sub city to claim one I won with a key, but now can't claim it because it says I am over the limit on sub cities still (5 out of 4, was 6 out of 4 before I abandoned)

Please help. Thanks!
