A person from romania hacked my email and then got access to my account and attacked my alliance member they zeroed all my troops.

I have been speaking to customer support but they have not done anything about stopping all access to the account, the player who hijacked the account added the safe code, so now I cannot do anything on the account, I have 4 pieces of civ gear and I would prefer to deal with this quickly so that the troops are recovered from the account rather than look for other avenues of help.
