    can't get into my account

    Hi I recently updated my game and now I can't make it past the loading screen. I didn't link my account to anything. I made a new account on the same server but I really want my account back my account id:188214621 user name: B-trix15 My new account id: 212989803 user name btrix help. please help the sever war is about to start soon and I'm scared I'll lose all my progress
