    Keep level 31

    I am looking for advice on whether its a more efficient use of RSS to get to keep levels 31 and 32 before opening my wonder 1. I am tempted to get the Norway Ridge and also be able to complete Ares set, but their is developer chat argument for more play with T13s and racing there before investing rss elsewhere.

    Looking for more thoughts!
