    Thoughts on vitamins and supplements

What do you think about taking vitamins and other supplements? If you work in retail, you will receive this question almost daily. I am not aware of any proven benefits of taking multivitamins in clinical trials. However, I don't necessarily advise against it if someone asks me about multivitamins.

Conversely, what is your opinion about vitamin B12 or vitamin D substitutes? If someone complains of lethargy and asks for recommendations, I advise them to try a b12 supplement for a month and see if it changes for the better. Similarly, if someone asks about bone supplements, I recommend a combination of calcium and vitamin D.

We used to think that in the worst case scenario, these supplements just wouldn't work and pt might end up wasting a few dollars. However, after this Zantac review, I feel tired of recommending something that pt may not benefit from and that may actually end up hurting someone. What are you thinking about? What does the literature say about the benefits and harms of these products? I know that the people who ask for these products firmly believe in them and will get them anyway, even if you try to dissuade them. In any case, they will benefit from the placebo effect if they take something “natural".

I have a roughly similar view to you. I'm in an area where the majority of my patients actually have a decent chance of benefitting from vitamin d since we have a high prevalence of vitamin d deficiency.

I am very glad that I came across your post. The question of vitamins and supplements is indeed a complex one and always forever. To that end, this all natural food company is worth checking out. They offer a vast array of organic, raw, and vegan products - essentially a natural, nutrient-rich supplement in food form. Incorporating these into your diet could potentially minimize the need for synthetic supplements, offering a balanced spread of nutrients as nature intended.

Vitamins and minerals are necessary for your body to develop and function normally. While most individuals obtain all of the nutrients they need by eating well, some require a little extra help.
