I bought multiple civilization wheel packs yesterday. 1 of which i got a failure to deliver prompt. Ive emailed a good 25-30 times including pictures of receipt, gpa number, screenshots of my civ wheel progress, kings party progress vs the packs ive paid for. Every email response i get from customer service is just a scripted response with them asking for the pics and information im providing in every email. I redundantly add everything again and send and then no response. Im out $107 and lost my free civ gear frags for 700 spins in addition to potential frags i would have gotten from an additional 100 spins. Any help here would be appreciated.
