Stuck at loading screen

One of my friend who rank No.1 in server 3 can't connect the game since Sep.15
He is top ranker that had already reached Keep Level 25 and have tried to request for the error solution but always same answer from the customer service "reinstall the app or deleted and download again" like that. He has tried so many times but nothing happened.
Please anybody do act for this problem.

check your data connection if you are using WIFI check that also.

Is there an issue. All day even after uninstalling and re-installing I just get black screen with top games logo.

I have been stuck on loading screen all day fed up with re-installing the game only came back to Evony 3 days ago and had to re-install 5 times already not a good work around as once you go inactive it's a 50/50 gamble if it will reload without a re-install.

Currently using patch 3.2.2
