For people still getting this issue, my brother tried checking for a game update, which didn't have any obvious effect. However, after that, he was able to sign in.

I made the same mistake as you but was not as fortunate. I couldn't find a reputable place where I could ask my question. Until I discovered this location. I even want to share a Penalty Shooters 2 that I frequently play with all of you. Let us investigate more.
