    Account Recovery

    At roughly 11:00 server time Sept-21(about 36 hrs ago) I was disconnected from my account..

    After 12 hours of requesting to have my account restored CS finally got back to me, asked for my main account ID and current ID, disappeared for a few hours, then came back to tell me my account should be restored. I immidiately replied "No, my account is not restored", and they disappeared again for the rest of the day.

    So could someone who acually cares for the loyalty of a PAYING CUSTOMER plz restore my account ffs?!?!
    ID of my main account on server 2:
    ID:10048217

    ID of the account currently on my device:
    ID:10465112

    According to the CS my account had been re-linked. But after closing and reopening the app I was still logged in with the new ID.

    Should I link the new account to Game Center before admin attempts to restore it? Or leave it unlinked?
    I requested for another attempt on a different device. I started a new account there that I have linked to game center.

    The new account ID is 10419150
    Again, the account I need restored is 10048217

    Plz get back to me and let me know what steps I need to take to have the account restored...

    It has been FOUR DAYS now since I have been able to login. I wish someone would get back to me and help

    Yes the problem persists. I still cannot access my main account. Any suggestions?

    Posted many times telling my account got unlinked somehow and now it wont let me on. My game name is evil angel server 39, i have 10.6m power, my castle is level 21, my alliance is SKW....i have reciepts where my boyfriend and i buy packs. we bought 3 last night around 3am. then went to bed. tried logging on this morning and my game was unlinked and would not sign in. please help

    I am having the same issue on Evony: Kings Return and cant get Customer Support to email me back. TigerClaws is my main account and I accidently over-rid it on gamecenter.. someone please email me theough game and help me

And please also give us the new user id you see on your device now. And then our admin will determine if he will re-link your account. Thanks.

    I cannot log into my evony accts on Server 64 I need help ASAP my bubbles drop in 2-3 hours. The names are ☆Z♡MB☆ and ��ZOMB�� I have all the Facebook info which they are linked too I haven’t changed any settings at all. Please help!

    Could you tell us your device model to check please? And please also attach a screenshot of the error message it showed.
    You could also tell us the user id it shows on your device now so that we could temporarily retrieve your account on your device now. But if you ever made any In App Purchases, please also attach a screenshot of your latest purchase's receipt so that we could confirm the ownership. thanks.
