Culture change

So I have a culture change which I want to use. However it kind of reads that if you change your culture you start all over again. Since I've spent money to play I'm a little bit apprehensive to use it.

Any chance someone can get off there ass and actually answer some questions on here. I mean what are you actually being paid to do if you're in charge of the forums and you don't respond to over half of the questions on here.

When you choose to use the change culture issue, you can start in another culture with the progress of your account.
If you can not keep the progress, please feel free to contact us in game or in forum then.
