Account recovery issues

A mere suggestion i do not play this game but my partner does and after forgetting to link her account can no longer access it.. Although she hasnt purchased anything there are alot of others who have with the same issue. Surely this should of been rectified i mean a server list like evony age1 would prevent this happening cutting unecessary work for yourselves so you can focus on bug fixes and game improvements. Give your customers the freedom to choose which server to log into and save endless account recovery threads something to mull over for future reference..

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your partner lost her account. If she remember her in-game name and server, we can help her retrieve the account. Please give us the account id you see on the device as well as the in-game name of the account you lost. And then we can replace the current account on your device with the old one. Thanks.

To recover old account on new device do you have load Evony at App Store which starts a new account and then supply customer tech support with information:
Account Id, server number and account in game name with account keep lvl?
Will tech support change new game with old game?

Also, when do you link the new account? Before giving information to tech support or after tech support recovers your old account?

I cannot switch back to my account at s98, I'd 21043601. It was linked to my google play account. At the switch account screen, whenever I press google play button. It keeps saying You account is linked to xxxxx. And nothing happens after.

I am trying to recover my account. I have sent a ticket to customer service and they replied that since it was linked to facebook I should contact them to recover it. I have a friend that had the same issue. All he did was make a new account, migrate it to the server of the account to be recovered, gave cs the old and the new account ID number and BOOM, account was recovered. I am wondering why this is not happening for me? I already have the new account on my original server. Why would they tell me to contact Facebook and not just merge the accounts???? Please help. Thank you

I lost my account...
But I have my account ID, server number and name.
My account number is 25775981. The account name is Zeus🌩️ and the server is 146.
Till I get my account back I made another account. The new account ID is 35675092.
If you can get me my account back that would be amazing!
