A mere suggestion i do not play this game but my partner does and after forgetting to link her account can no longer access it.. Although she hasnt purchased anything there are alot of others who have with the same issue. Surely this should of been rectified i mean a server list like evony age1 would prevent this happening cutting unecessary work for yourselves so you can focus on bug fixes and game improvements. Give your customers the freedom to choose which server to log into and save endless account recovery threads something to mull over for future reference.. Nox Vidmate VLC

Hi, same situation here. My phone crash on me had to reset when I return my account was gone.
As my username suggests my player name is thugger, I'm lvl18 American civilization but I don't know my server.
Can you still recover?

My dear player. If your account has been linked Facebook or Google Play(Apple Game centre in iOS), you can restore your old account in the following ways:

1. Create a new account;
2. Go to Setting->Account->Swtich Account;
3. Select Facebook or Google Play that your previous account has been linked to;

If you don't link your account to Facebook or Google Play(Apple Game Centre), please do as follows:


1. Send us screenshots of invoice if you ever bought items in Envoy;
2. Create another new account on the same server;
3. Connect the new account to Facebook or Google Play (Apple Game Centre on iOS)
4. After we check it, you can log in with your old account automatically.

Hello, am Adam Luy from Uganda. I have been playing this game and i created another account for my brother to use but I didnt link it to my Facebook. The other account I have is link to my google playstore and it works well. This other account didn't link to my facebook and unfortunately my phone was flashed so I would like to recover my account with names of " Adam Luy jr" and the id is "89843684" in the server of 446.
