Hello, I was trying to start new account, CONSTANTINEI on server11 is account I'm trying to back to....lvl13 vip6 alliance LOS..... please can you get me connected to....and delete the other new account??? I tried starting new account and linking when I lost CONSTANTINEI

As I said, we need the account id you see on your device, Not ConstantineI. There must be an account on your device if it's not ConstantineI. So we need both that account id and ConstantineI to retrieve your account. Thanks.
