Recover lost account

Hi!
I have lost the link to my account! I've paid alot of money and I really need help to get it back.

The old one that I want to recover is:14143725
The new one that I see in my mobile now is:14847125
Both accounts are on SERVER 41

I have posted the same help on the ingame customer support and some one called Stanley on Evony support team replied that the account is now restored but nothing have changed! I "killed" the game app several times but every time I start the app I return to the new account instead of the old one. I have linked the new account to my Goolge play account. Please help me!

When I unlinked the new account from my google account the old one got restored! Thank u!

I am havong the same issue.. i was told my account was restored but cant gain access to 16315554 . I created a new account as told but no one ever responded. I created 17360706. PLEASE DELETE 17360706 and replace with my account I already confirmed was mine of 16315554

Hey y'all, can we all have a moment of honesty and say how many people have actually gotten their account back? It's a great game and the concept and game play are addictive and all encompassing. They take your money because we allow it. Then even though we pay them with our hard earned money that puts food on the table for them and their children plus keeps their oversized homes warm., they fuck us in the end, but I hope they prove me wrong. I know this game is world wide and difficult to meet the needs of everyone But linking an account and giving people what they pay for and time spent on the game, shouldn't be so difficult. Accidents happen and if enough proof is given just give the people their shit back. Yes there are some shitty scammers out there screwing good people over because they are garbage human beings but don't let that crap (evony developers) let you screw over your solid honest players.

Hello, I have a l34 account in Server 393. I switched accounts today to check on my Farm account and when I wanted to log back into my Main account I found out that the email my account was linked to got deleted. So my account is linked to an email that does not exist. Can you please help me getting it linked to a different existing email as fast as pissible?
