Has anyone received help recovering access to your account?

Hi, I know support is extremely busy, but I like others have an emergent situation on my hands. I've opened ticket (1104230). I was attempting to link my Evony account to my new google account which my farm is attached. While doing this my Evony profile was unlinked and I lost access to it.

Hi there, I think I unlinked from google my new account with ID number 159341193 and when I connected with my other account now it says "Linking account failed. Please go check settings on your devise" I tried to reinstall the game bit doesn't work, please help cause now here is KE too I'm afraid my bubble will drop. Thank you.
