And now only my other account is on both phone. Please I need help to get my account back as I have spent time to reach my level

I wanted to link the account to Facebook but for some reason since the current account is already linked . It wouldn't let me do it deleted my old acct.
I just want to follow up because I have not heard anything . Considering how many people make this mistake perhaps a change of this account linked situation is needed to address this common mistake
This is jus plain fucking ridiculous!! I have been asking to get my account back for a while now . Like wtf is going on here. This game is a paid to play game and why can't you guys just retreive a simple account ? Today I got attack while I watch them destroy my city I spent money to build. I watched from this shitty account am on right now . James all I see you guys do here is acknowledge the problems and agree to help but take eternity to do anything . Please If someone can just help me out that would be great and I hope you can understand this frustration right now.

All day I have been beggin to get my account reset. All fucking day!! Now since my account was just attacked all of a sudden you guys decide to retrieve the account ? My power is already 1/3 of what it use to be. This is too fucking stupid to comprehend James. My city if destroyed and general killed. This is just plain dumb, I understand considering you have not spent any time as much as the customers that's why you can't make haste to fix this dumb mistake.

James please allow them to give me my troops back. This is no fault of yours but my frustration watching my account get attacked while I wait close to two days to get any kind of action done really got the better of me. I would like to send a screenshot of my city getting attacked while am watching from another account at the time my account wasn't retrieved. I need my soldiers for farming and please can I get them back as much effort and time was put into this game to be all for nothing.
Check my logs to see I have made considerable effort to raise my troops but wiped out because my power decreased so much from the attack I conceived during the event . I need all troops back and would do anything to get all my troops back. I revived 2 general as a result of this ugly situation.
I will not be back on thread if this is handled and my thanks would be to you.

Thanks James for returning some of my troops. However please can you check again because some of the troops didn't return. My sub city was wiped out as a result of the event. I want to post a battle report but can't do it on the postimg.org.
I lost 897k power as a result
Including 121,723 troops lost.
You might think this is too much to ask but am only asking for what I lost not what I didn't have . Check the battle report and it would help to see how many troops lost on that attack.
I kindly want my troops restored to its power.

This game don't like to compensate people for their work. I just got charged for a the monthly germs. I want my refund please as I never authorized it. It takes 3 days to get a respond back from support, yet they fully know how to take money from account . If you guys can't take care of this simple issue. I want my refund on the germ charged on my account.
