Customers services close complains without a reply
I have sent messages via in game Customers services 3 times. I have had no response. They simply close the query maybe I will get better lack here.
I have asked evony to investigate a time battle that we had where the game locked off for everyone. We lost a great deal because many could not join and we were unable to cancel the fight as the game just simply went offline. Please give these members that play the game and spend a lot of money the courtesy of a response. I have provided battle logs and date

I have been asking for the reimbursement for the SvS beta, for months now. Now, their only action is to close out the support conversation every single day.
