How do you collect from subordinate cities? I can’t figure it out

In your keep, if you look to the in-city sub city to the far left, there will be a chest of mixed stones, mostly all a bright blue color, floating above the in-city sub ... Just click that.

Alternatively, you can enter the subordinate city interface and there will be a blue glowing chest of stones at the top left, click that.
